1. Account Registration & Eligibility

Opening an account with QQOK requires meeting a few key conditions. These aren't just platform rules — they're also essential for ensuring responsible betting.

1. 1Age Restriction: QQOK is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and the balance will not be refunded.
2. 2One Account Only: Each person may only open one QQOK account. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account, or device will be treated as fraud.
3. 3Providing Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and other accurate details at registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in withdrawals being blocked and your account being suspended.
4. 4KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required. This is done solely for your protection.
5. 5Account Security: Never share your QQOK password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on QQOK are simple and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed — these are in place to prevent money laundering and protect the financial security of our members.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Using someone else's number may result in the transaction being rejected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same number used for the deposit. For security reasons, withdrawals to a different number are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal via bKash and Nagad is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal via bank transfer is ৳2,000.
• The daily withdrawal limit for regular members is ৳50,000. VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.
• QQOK charges no deposit or withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals from your bonus balance require the wagering conditions to be met. Your main deposit (cash balance) can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Bonus & Promotion Terms

QQOK regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms — the general rules are outlined here.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered a specified number of times. Wagering requirements are stated separately for each offer.
• Daily Cashback: Cashback is calculated on the previous day's net losses and credited directly to your Cash Wallet. It can generally be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.
• Referral Bonus: You'll earn a bonus when a new member registers through your referral link and makes a deposit. Accounts from the same household or device do not qualify as referrals.
• Time Limit: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — through arbitrage or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage — will result in bonus cancellation and the account being subject to investigation.

4. Betting Rules

There are specific betting rules that all QQOK members must follow. These are in place to ensure a fair environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless QQOK itself voids the bet for any reason.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has started. Live bets must be placed while the match is in progress.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, QQOK will confirm the outcome through official sources before settling the bet. In most cases, such bets are considered void and the stake is returned.
• If a technical error occurs in the scorecard or odds display, QQOK reserves the right to review bets placed during that period.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event. Major tournaments generally have higher limits.

For accumulator or parlay bets, winnings are paid at the full multiplier if all selections are correct. If one leg of an accumulator is void, it is removed and the bet is settled at the remaining odds. All selections must be at minimum odds of 1.50 to qualify for an accumulator bonus.

5. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and fairness of QQOK's services. Any violation of these rules will result in serious action.

6. Responsible Betting

QQOK treats responsible betting not just as a rule, but as a commitment. We want our members to enjoy betting in a healthy, sustainable way over the long term.

• QQOK's dashboard lets you set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) can be self-activated at any time.
• If you feel you may have a betting problem, apply for self-exclusion — QQOK will act immediately.
• Bet for entertainment, not as a source of income. Never wager more than your budget allows.
